All you need to create your very-own sleep tea. Simply enjoy a cup an hour before bed...

  • 1 tsp dried / 1 tbsp fresh chamomile
  • 1 tsp dried / 1½ tsp fresh lavender
  • ½ tsp dried / 1½ teaspoons fresh mint (chopped)
  • 1 cup boiling water

Combine the ingredients and add boiling water. Let the tea steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
