Returns are FREE from anywhere in the UK (except during sale periods). Simply return your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt (full price), 15 days (for Sale items), unused and in its original condition with your completed returns form via any of the following ways:
To any FatFace store
You can return items to any of our 200+ stores across the UK and Ireland. Please take your despatch note with you as proof of purchase. Find your nearest store here.
Take your parcel to any post office with the Royal Mail free post label applied and your FatFace returns form enclosed inside. Always ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund, even if your parcel gets lost.
You can take your parcel to any of the 5,800 participating convenience stores. Enclose your FatFace returns form and write your FatFace order number on the Collect+ label.

You can now return items at Asda stores using the ToYou service. Enclose your FatFace returns form in the parcel and write your name and FatFace order number on the ToYou label.

Returns during Sale
During sale periods we are unable to offer free post or Collect+ returns. However, you can still return items to any of our 200+ stores across the UK and Ireland. Please provide your despatch note as proof of purchase.
Orders by PayPal
You can get a full refund in store on any order placed through PayPal. Simply take your unwanted items into any FatFace store with the returns form enclosed and the original card you used to place your order.
Simply return your unwanted items within 30 days of the invoice date, unused and in its original condition by post to:

Please complete the original FatFace returns form included in your order to ensure a fast refund. Add an address label to your parcel, covering the original delivery information, and take it to your local Post Office. If possible, ask for proof of posting to ensure a full refund even if your parcel gets lost.
Please allow up to 21 days for both UK and International Returns to be processed. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returned underwear unless it is in its original condition and packaging or earring unless faulty. Swimwear is only returnable if unworn and the hygiene strip is in place.

Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email.
Returning any item within 30 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order).
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, FatFace will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required.
If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between FatFace and you requires that you return the goods to FatFace on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
