Exercise can increase the release of seratonin and endorphins aka ‘happy chemicals’, which have been shown to reduce depression and anxiety.

Need a brain boost? Physical activity can improve overall brain performance, while preventing cognitive decline and memory loss.

If you’re a fan of getting a solid eight hours' sleep, try adding exercise to your everyday routine. Short bursts of exercise in the morning and night can help regulate your sleep patterns and create an even deeper slumber.
