May 10, 2021

We’re all doing whatever we can to navigate this journey, but the roads and routes are different for each and everyone of us. Being kind to our minds is so important...

It’s officially Mental Health Awareness Week; seven inspiring days that shine the light on the importance of mental wellbeing.

A week of wellness 10-16th May. Your life. Your mind. You're one of a kind.

Over the next week, we’ll be exploring different aspects of mental health, with a new chapter everyday. From sleep and style to routines and recipes, we’ll be sharing stories that we hope will bring a little peace of mind, whenever you might need.

Simple stress-busting tips

Aromatherapy - from candles and diffusers to natural scented oils, fragrances like lavender and ylang ylang will create a relaxing ambience.

Mother nature - make time to unwind and step outdoors, even if it’s a five-minute stroll in the sunshine.

To-do lists - check-off your tasks and lift your spirits.

Furry friends - stroking your dog or cat for ten minutes has been proven to reduce stress and boost your mood.
