What a year that was! Yes, it’s been another rocky one, to say the least, but at FatFace we still have some tremendous things to celebrate – and they’re all thanks to you! Here are just a few of our best bits from 2021...

Trustpilot Reviews

We love hearing from you and making sure you’re having as much fun with FatFace as we are, which is why we’re really proud of getting an ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot in 2021. The teams in our stores and call centres work so hard, so thank you for making it all worth it!

Gone Wild

Last summer rocked! Meeting so many of you in our FatFace Adventure Cove at Gone Wild Festival was so much fun. From inspiring talks, exciting activities and lots and lots of laughter; we loved sharing it with you! We’ve got lots planned for 2022, so keep your eyes peeled for upcoming events both in-store and out and about near you.

FatFace Baby

Welcoming our Baby collection into the FatFace family was a really big arrival for us (literally!) and we’re so happy you’re loving our styles so far!

# Just Like Dad.

We were completely blown away by your entries to our #justlikedad Father’s Day competition. Over 550 of you sent heart-warming, often heart-wrenching, thoughtful stories of your dads. We wish we could have celebrated each and every one.

Thrift+

We launched our 'Preloved. Reloved.' donation service with Thrift+ with the aim of giving your much loved FatFace favourites a second chance at a stylish life. We are thrilled that so many of you have donated your clothes to ensure they are still enjoyed for years to come!

Did you know that on average, each item that’s bought second hand rather than new saves approximately 4kg of CO2 from being released into the atmosphere?

Marine Conservation Society

You got creative and we loved it! After celebrating another year working alongside the incredible Marine Conservation Society, we invited you to submit ideas and inspiration for our 2022 collection – and you did. We are so excited to see them come to life!

2021...
The year we continued to give back!

2021 was a brilliant year for our fundraising, and we wanted to say a huge thank you to our fantastic community (we're looking at you!) who supported us and our charity initiatives last year.

FatFace raised £239,589 for Shelter through fundraising activities & product collaboration.

Shelter

We partnered with Shelter once again on a festive collection designed to do good. We donated 10% of the sales from our Shelter collection and have now raised over £240,000 in total, through our festive sales and fundraising activities.

Plus, our nationwide crew also took on Shelter's walking challenge in December and raised a total of £13,414! We also donated over 80 children's books - wrapped and ready for Christmas Day - to the Bournemouth, Bristol and Sheffield Shelter hubs.

National Forest

We were thrilled to announce our ground-breaking 75-year partnership with the National Forest in 2021. With our goal to be carbon neutral by 2025, in November the FatFace crew began planting 60,000 trees in our woodland in Leicestershire, as part of our pledge to create a cleaner, brighter future for all.

The Prince’s Trust

We’ve been proud to support The Prince's Trust for many years – and this year was no different, with our crew successfully completing another Palace to Palace Challenge. With your support, our team collectively walked, cycled and ran 4,312 miles, raising important funds to donate to The Prince's Trust.

Carers UK

Thanks to our amazing community, we donated £26,000 from the sales of our face coverings to Carers UK, the UK's leading national carers charity. This donation went towards providing support to unpaid carers in the UK.

FatFace Foundation

The FatFace Foundation has been going since 2009 with the aim of supporting the local communities where we source, manufacture, retail and distribute our products. Last year our fantastic FatFace Foundation shop raised over £185,000 for charities across the UK, alongside many kind donations from customers and crew.

We cannot wait to see what 2022 holds!
