1. This promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the promoter and their family, and any other person associated with this promotion. The Promoter may require proof from you of your eligibility to enter the prize draw.
2. Promotional Period: Prize draw open between 00:01 on 03/05/2024 and 23:59 on 31/07/2024. No purchase necessary. Internet access is required. One entry per person, per prize draw. All entries received after the Promotional Period are automatically disqualified.
3. The Prize: A £1000 FatFace e-voucher and a trip for four (4x) people to travel on Intrepid’s Morocco Family Holiday (XMFE), and includes flights from the winner’s nearest international airport (within the UK) for up to £300 per person. Flights need to be booked by Intrepid Travel team, if flights are less than £300 per person, the difference is not redeemable for cash. If flights are more than £300 per person, winner will need to pay cost of difference. The voucher can be applied to new bookings made between 01 April - 14 December 2024, for trips departing between 01 April - 14 December 2024. Recipients must have a UK postcode and e-mail address. We will have 1 winner, 1 prize. No cash alternative available. Intrepid Travel and FatFace reserve the right to change or modify this promotion at any point under exceptional circumstances and changes will be posted here.
4. Winner Selection: The winner of all valid entries will be selected in a chance random draw conducted either by computer program or in the presence of an independent observer, conducted within 10 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.
5. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted via email within 7 working days of winner selection. If a winner is not contactable or fails to respond to any correspondence within 7 working days of dispatch of the winner notification, the promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
6. In order to comply with CAP code requirements, the winner must provide his or her county of residence to FatFace before receiving the Prize. The winner’s identity and county of residence may upon request be lodged with the Advertising Standards Agency in order to satisfy regulatory requirements. Any person seeking proof that a valid prize was awarded may do so by contacting marketing@fatface.com.
7. Please allow 28 days from winner verification for delivery of your Prize.
8. The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services and the Prize is subject to the prize manufacturer’s terms and conditions, which are available at Intrepid Travel Booking Terms and Conditions.
9. This Promotion is run by FatFace and is not endorsed, supported or associated with any of the brands used as Prizes. All trademarks are noted and acknowledged.
10. By entering the Promotion and insofar as is permitted by law, the participant agrees to release the Promoter from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any Prize (except death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence), for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law.
11. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addressed, using identities other than their own or any other automated means, in order to increase the participant’s entries into the draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Proof of sending an entry form is not proof of entry.
13. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
14. Please note the following important conditions;
    1. The prize does NOT include travel insurance, transfers, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary.
    2. Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited upon travel completion.
    3. All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at Intrepid Travel Booking Terms and Conditions.
    4. The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.
    5. The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with Intrepid by calling 0808 274 5111 and quoting the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.
    6. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Prize trip to be confirmed on their requested date.
    7. Intrepid reserves the right to change the trip at its own discretion if necessary.
15. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. Any change will be notified here.
16. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity associated with this promotion.

21. This Promotion is governed by the English law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
