We want to fight the housing crisis together, and that’s why we’ve proudly partnered once again with Shelter.

Home is Everything.

Home is Everything.

Christmas can be a particularly difficult time of the year for those in need, which is why we partner with Shelter for winter. So, meet Stevie the Sheep in our heart-warming collaboration with Shelter, a Christmas collection designed to look good and do good. With every purchase you make of our Shelter collection, we give 10% of the sales to those helping the people who need it most in our communities. Join us in supporting the life-changing work of this incredible cause, a charity fighting the devastating impact the housing emergency has on our communities.

Did You Know?

131,000+ children in England are living in temporary accommodation.

There are 12,691 people who are homeless or relying on emergency homeless accommodation in the Republic of Ireland.

Every 16 minutes a household becomes homeless in Scotland.

Shelter helps millions of people each year struggling with the housing crisis through their advice, support and legal services. As the end of the year approaches, many of us look forward to spending time together within our homes. However, not all are so fortunate. At this time of year Shelter’s services are needed most.

Lily’s Story.

Lily is a qualified nurse. Her family was made homeless when their landlord decided to sell.

They were placed in numerous hotels, sometimes for as short a period as one week, never knowing when it would be time to pack up again and move on. Sometimes, Lily would take the kids to school with all her suitcases in tow. The kids were unhappy and unsettled.

Without a kitchen to cook in, and unable to afford to eat hotel food, Lily would cook dinner for the kids at friends’ houses. Understandably, Lily ended up off work and under the mental health team.

Luckily, Shelter’s Bristol office was able to help. With their support, Lily secured more suitable TA, with a kitchen, washing machine and shower. Then on July 11th, Lily picked up the keys to her new social home - well ahead of Christmas Day!

Our wonderful collaboration last festive season, and FatFace crew’s amazing fundraising through Shelter’s Walk for Home:

Could have answered 3000 calls to Shelter’s emergency helpline.

Could keep Shelter’s emergency helpline and webchat open for 18 days.

Could fund 3 emergency helpline advisers for 1 year, supporting 4500 people.
