The FatFace Foundation was born in 2009 with one ambition: to change people’s lives wherever FatFace goes. As a registered charity, FatFace Foundation is dedicated to making a positive, long-lasting impact through two key pillars:

Planet: by funding projects that protect our world for future generations.

Community: by supporting initiatives that improve the health and wellbeing of those around us.

How it works

• Over £3 million raised to date through a mix of direct donations, fundraising events and sales from our Havant shop.
• Our Havant Outlet Shop offers samples and outlet styles at great prices.

Seas the day

We believe in protecting the wild spaces that inspire us, which is why FatFace Foundation has pledged a huge £1 million to support the health of our oceans by 2030. We've already funded a number of impactful marine projects, from local seagrass restoration with Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, to national educational workshops that connect young people to the sea with Ocean Generation.

FatFace Foundation are also hugely proud to be the founding partners, alongside FatFace, on Marine Conservation Society's Atlantic Coast Programme.

To reach the £1 million goal, Fat Face and FatFace Foundation are partnering with various charity organisations to focus on three key areas:
Restoration: Supporting efforts to revive damaged marine ecosystems, from seagrass beds to oyster reefs and kelp forests.
Innovation: Backing forward-thinking solutions and technologies that tackle ocean pollution and reduce waste.
Education: Funding outreach, youth engagement, and community programmes that raise awareness and inspire action for the ocean.

So far, this is our progress towards the £1 million goal:
£75k per year for three years (2025, 2026, 2027) towards Marine Conservation Society
£35,000 a year for three years (2024, 2025, 2026) towards Ocean Generation
£30,000 a year for five years (2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027) towards Hampshire and IOW Wildlife Trust
£55,000 (2026) towards Final Straw Foundation
£20,000 (2026) towards Sea-Changers
£5,000 a year for three years (2026, 2027, 2028) towards Peak District Foundation

The remainder is ringfenced whilst we find new projects to support in the next four years.
