Standard delivery is FREE for orders over £60 or otherwise costs £3.95. We despatch parcels using Royal Mail and the expected delivery time is 3-5 working days from despatch.
Next Day delivery costs £6.95 which is available for UK mainland only and must be placed before 3.00pm, Monday - Friday. You can also have your parcel delivered FREE to selected Fat Face stores ready to collect in 4-7 working days.
UK returns are free by post, except during sale periods. You can also return your unworn items to any of our 200+ stores across the UK and Ireland, please take your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase. Items paid for using PayPal can only be returned by post.
