SOLDIER’S TOUR DE CHARITY

Fat Face ambassador Allan Cross and his felow British soldiers have begun their 700 mile cycle across East Anglia, the Midlands, Lancashire and Yorkshire in 72-hours to raise money for Help for Heroes.

The ride started off from London on the 1st June when the team took part in The Great British Hero Ride, organised by Help For Heroes. The ride saw them cycle the short distance of 11-miles from Whitehall Place to Horse Guards Parade, but from there the work really begins.

The team will be cycling for 72-hours, day and night, to arrive back at Prince William of Gloucester Barracks, Grantham, where they are based, on the 4th June. They will split into three teams for the ride which will see them cycle thorough their home towns of Bishop Stortford, Oundle, Worcester, Nottingham, Morecambe, Barnsley, Grimsby and finish at Grantham.
