- I was kinda born into it, my family sailed, so I sailed.

- Favourite event/comp and why?
- The World championships in Sydney. It’s one of the best sailing events in the world to compete in. It just rocks, especially when the wind blows.

- Sydney Harbour or Lake Garda, can I have two?

- Making sure the other crew members go to the gym!
- What makes you good at your sport?
- Commitment, we just keep on trying to get better and we don't give up.

- Join your local sailing club and start crewing, it doesn't take long to learn.
