Deep Water Soloing, the freest form of the sport.

Training regime?
When I’m training for competition, 6 days a week climbing & training and doing a 40 minute general aerobic workout (usually cycling) every day.
What makes you good at your sport?
Luck, tenacity, motivation and being skinny!
Advice to others wanting to get into the sport?
Do!!! It’s a great sport… it is sociable, mentally absorbing, physically demanding and will get you fit without you realizing. Compared to jogging, for example; which is hard work and really boring!
