Delivery Charges

Standard delivery costs £3.95 for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO. We will always try and get your order to you within 4-6 working days.

Please allow 7-10 working days during sale times.

Next Day Delivery costs £8.50 and is available for UK mainland only. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 1.00pm, Monday - Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (with the exception of Aberdeen and the Republic of Ireland). Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

Next day delivery is not available during the sale.

Overseas Delivery

Western Europe

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greenland, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, S.Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden and Switzerland all fall within Western Europe. Everywhere else will be charged as 'Rest of the World'.
We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses.

Customs Information

Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate.

You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
