Hassle Free Returns

How to Return

Returns are free from anywhere in the UK. (Including the Channel Islands, don't let them tell you otherwise!) Simply return the unwanted item within 28 days of the invoice date, unused and in its original condition. If using the freepost label provided, please allow 7 working days transit time for your return to reach us. Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require along with the reason why you are returning the item - this ensures that we can improve our service and kit in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Please allow up to 21 days for postal returns to be processed.

Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned underwear garments or earrings, unless faulty. Swimwear is only returnable if unworn and the hygiene strip is in place. To ensure a safe return delivery please send back watches in their original packaging.

Returns during Sale

During sale periods we are unable to offer a free post service for returns. However, you can still return your unworn items to any of our 200+ stores across the UK and Ireland. Please take your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase.

Returns to Stores

You can find your nearest store on our store search page. You can now return unworn items to any of our stores for a full refund, please take your despatch note with you as proof of purchase and return any unwanted items within 28 days of the invoice date.

Paypal Returns

Orders paid using PayPal can only be refunded if they are posted back to us using the pre-paid label supplied. If you would like an exchange or gift card this can be done in any of our stores. If you have not received a pre-paid label, please contact Customer Services on 0870 6000 090.

Delivery and Returns Legal Statement - Please Read Carefully

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email. Returning any item within 7 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Fat Face will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Fat Face and you requires that you return the goods to Fat Face on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
