Free Delivery on UK orders over £60 Terms & Conditions:  Standard Delivery for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO is free for orders over £60 or £3.95 otherwise, and is sent by Royal Mail. The expected delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of despatch. Please note that during sale periods delivery times may be longer.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO costs £3.95 (or is free on orders over £60) and is sent by Royal Mail. The expected delivery time is 3-5 working days, this goes from the date of despatch when the goods leave our warehouse. Please note that during sale periods delivery times may be longer (up to 10 working days).

Next Day Delivery is available UK mainland only and costs £8.50. For deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as the Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc we offer a 2-3 day delivery service. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 3.00pm, Monday - Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (with the exception of Aberdeen and the Republic of Ireland). You will need to sign for your package. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. Please note that during Sale time, our Next Day Delivery service is not available.

Deliver to Store:

Deliver to store is our new free delivery service designed to give you even more choice. Simply select the deliver to store option in the checkout process and select your nearest store either by name or by postcode.

This service is free and parcels are normally ready to collect from store within 3-6 working days of ordering. We will email you when your parcel is available for collection; all parcels will be held for 7 days before being returned to us. Please take your confirmation email with you when you collect your parcel.

Unfortunately Deliver to store is not currently available at all airport stores and all EIRE stores.

Overseas Delivery

Deliveries to Western Europe* cost £8.00 for the first item then £2.50 for each additional item up to a maximum of £22.50. Deliveries to Rest of the World cost £12.00 for the first item and then £3.00 for each additional item up to a maximum of £30.00

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greenland, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden and Switzerland all fall within Western Europe. Everywhere else will be charged as 'Rest of the World'.
We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses.

Customs Information

Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
