Standard Delivery for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO is free for orders over £60 or £3.95 otherwise, and is sent by Royal Mail. The expected delivery time is 3-5 working days from the date of despatch. Please note that during sale periods delivery times may be longer.
Next Day Delivery is available UK mainland only and costs £6.95. For deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as the Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc we offer a 2-3 day delivery service. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 3.00pm, Monday - Friday for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (with the exception of Aberdeen and the Republic of Ireland). You will need to sign for your package. Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.
Deliver to store is a FREE delivery service designed to give you even more choice. Simply select the Deliver to Store option in the checkout process and select your nearest store either by name or by postcode.
Parcels are normally ready to collect from your chosen store within 4-7 working days however, we will email you when your order has been packed and dispatched and then again when it is available for collection.
Please wait to receive your email confirmation before visiting the store to collect your parcel and remember to take a copy with you.
All parcels will be held for 14 days before being returned to us.
Overseas deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £10.00 per parcel and are sent by Royal Mail. The expected delivery time does vary from country to country but please allow 10-14 days from the date of despatch.
Please note that our luggage range is currently only available for delivery in the UK, Eire and Europe.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
