

Returns are free from anywhere in the UK. (Including the Channel Islands, don't let them tell you otherwise!) Simply return the item within 14 days, unused and with the packaging intact and using the freepost label provided. Please also let us have the completed form and details of the refund or exchange you require. Please tell us why you are returning the kit - this ensures that we can improve our service and kit in the future. Always ask for a proof of posting certificate. This will ensure that you will receive a full refund even if your goods are mislaid in the post. Please allow up to 21 days for postal returns to be processed.
Due to health and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returned underwear garments or earrings, unless faulty. Swimwear is only returnable if unworn and the hygiene strip is in place. To ensure a safe return delivery please send back watches in their original packaging.
Please note we are unable to offer our free returns service during sale periods.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order. To do so you must inform us in writing within 7 days from the day after receipt of your order to our Customer Services Department, either by post or email. Returning any item within 7 days will also be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or part of your order). Please quote your order number on all correspondence. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 7 days post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the goods, Fat Face will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange/credit as required. If you return goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. The contract in respect of sale of goods between Fat Face and you requires that you return the goods to Fat Face on cancellation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it to us with your receipt within 28 days for an exchange or refund. For faulty merchandise, an exchange or refund will be offered within six months of purchase. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. 1. LUGGAGE PURCHASED IN FAT FACE STORES
If you purchased your luggage from Fat Face and change your mind, we will exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of purchase. Please simply return your luggage to your nearest Fat Face store.
2. LUGGAGE PURCHASED IN OTHER STORES
If your luggage was not purchased from a Fat Face store e.g. John Lewis, please return to goods to original place of purchase in accordance with their normal returns policy.
