Standard Delivery for UK, CI, IOM and BFPO costs £3.95 and is sent by Royal Mail. The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days, this goes from the date of despatch when the goods leave our warehouse. Please note that during sale periods delivery times may be longer.
Next Day Delivery costs £8.50 and is available for UK mainland only. We can only offer this service for items that are in stock and orders must be placed before 3pm Monday - Friday, for the parcel to be delivered on the following working day (with the exception of Aberdeen and the Republic of Ireland). Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day. This service requires a signature upon receipt. Please note that during Sale time, our Next Day Delivery service is not available.
Deliveries to Western Europe cost £8.00 for the first item then £2.50 for each additional item up to a maximum of £22.50
Deliveries to Rest of the World cost £12.00 for the first item and then £3.00 for each additional item up to a maximum of £30.00
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greenland, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, S.Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden and Switzerland all fall within Western Europe. Everywhere else will be charged as 'Rest of the World'.
We welcome orders from most overseas and all BFPO addresses.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt. VAT will be deducted where appropriate.
You will not be charged until the goods leave the warehouse and we will only charge you postage once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. We will try to meet any date stated for delivery, but the dates are not guaranteed. Occasionally it may become necessary for us to cancel your order before delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can that this has happened and you will not be charged, or if you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to you.
